Very good. We have reserved the Europa but when we arrived at 16:00 our rooms were not ready so they offered to locate us at Residence. It was better and compensated the issue with the check in at the Europe one.

Good clean hotel, what more can you ask for?: couldn’t fault anything. Staff were great. If I go back to Cologne I will definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay . Have stayed in Cologne many times at different hotels but would most certainly return to this hotel.

Good, nice room, good parking service, breakfast oke, very friendly staff, in the middle of the center and right to the Christmas market
