this has to be the best hotel in Cologne! Everything was perfect - the location, the room - big bright and although right on the market place, really quiet. the staff are first class! Everyone from the manager to the waiters to the chambermaids were just so helpful kind and courteous. nothing was too much for them. Definitely be back to Cologne - and this will be my fist choice for accommodation.
