Very good. We have reserved the Europa but when we arrived at 16:00 our rooms were not ready so they offered to locate us at Residence. It was better and compensated the issue with the check in at the Europe one.

Location was great. Room too small to be comfortable for 2 people

Good clean hotel, what more can you ask for?: couldn’t fault anything. Staff were great. If I go back to Cologne I will definitely stay there again.

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer, sehr zentrale Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück - sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Very enjoyable stay . Have stayed in Cologne many times at different hotels but would most certainly return to this hotel.
