Es war eine sehr schöne Reise. Für einen städtetrip das perfekte Hotel. Was nur ein bisschen doof war das es in diesem Zimmer total warm war, als ob die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Aber das war das einzige kleine "Problem".

I stayed 1 night in there on 1st of May.
Maybe you know who I am. (The korean family)
We loved room condition, nice meals and kind staffs.

And here is the problem.

Your hotel charged twice for one night!!!!!!
- checkin: 810.10 euros at 20:26 in 5.1 (approval #: 087656)
- checkout: 810.10 euros again at 9:52 in 5.2 (approval #: 105461)

I didn't know that.
Please check it and cancel one of these charge as soon as possible.
And give me the feedback please.
