Es war eine sehr schöne Reise. Für einen städtetrip das perfekte Hotel. Was nur ein bisschen doof war das es in diesem Zimmer total warm war, als ob die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Aber das war das einzige kleine "Problem".

I stayed 1 night in there on 1st of May.
Maybe you know who I am. (The korean family)
We loved room condition, nice meals and kind staffs.

And here is the problem.

Your hotel charged twice for one night!!!!!!
- checkin: 810.10 euros at 20:26 in 5.1 (approval #: 087656)
- checkout: 810.10 euros again at 9:52 in 5.2 (approval #: 105461)

I didn't know that.
Please check it and cancel one of these charge as soon as possible.
And give me the feedback please.

I was delighted with my stay. The room was great. What was important to me was the internet was good the room was modern and clean, there was English channels and it was in a great location. The parking arrangement was also satisfactory.
What I didn't like was that the room was a little small. There was barely enough room to put our suitcases and still walk around comfortably for 2 people. However for the rest of the things I like this is a minor issue and I do understand that space is a premium in the heart of the city where the attractions are. Also the heating system was a bit difficult to work. I tried to set to the temperature I want but it would never reach that temperature. I could feel cold air coming from the vent. I called the reception and they said they would set the temperature for me but it still didn't happen. It remained at 24 degrees all the time. Fortunately I was not cold as the comforter were good and warm.

Disliked my room. It smelled of cigarette smoke covered up by some kind of cleaning spray or liquid and it was too small. The room was cold and the thermostat did not seem to work to correct the problem.
