I was happy with the room, location, breakfast, staff etc - HOWEVER, I am not happy that you are still holding a check-in deposit which you took on the day I arrived. I checked out 8 days ago, paying for my stay in full - and yet, you haven't refunded the deposit. This is not acceptable practice.
