There are few points of this hotel they might need take care: 1 The frist day check in, there is no Kettle in the room, after that the room service send one, but inside of the kettle was really dirty! we need wash it and clean it by ourself! the hotel do not care and check before they give it to us! 2 The man who works in reception service, his attitude was really cold and unfriendly! Just do what he needs to do , no more, no smile. so i just ask myself, why he still work here, this just made people will not come again! 3 The second day we out of room around 10am, back almost 15pm, but the cleaning lady still fixing our home, so we go to the lobby waiting around 30mins, after that while we back to the room, the toilet, the sink still with hair around, the floor of the room not vacuum, towler was "changed" or maybe they just folder the old one and give to use again! even has black spot on it!!! At the end, i do not recommend this hotel, unless you do not care! disadvantage more than plus point! I do someone read, even from hotel staff, then they need really think about what customer cares and do changes!
