Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht unverzüglich auf Wünsche und Anfragen ein. Es wird eine ideale Balance gehalten, den Wünschen der Gäste zu entsprechen, ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Das Hotel liegt ideal um von dort aus die Kölnerinnenstadt, so wie den Rhein und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.

Heating was too high. The blanket was excessive.
TV channels did not include Italian national channels such as RAI 1.

good hotel, the only drawbacks were the bathroom fact not have been cleaned before check in and check in the act, leaving 303.00 hosting the guarantee € and check out not be allowed to make the payment card credit get the garantee value back.
