Thank you for upgrading our room but we are not enjoy it at all especially when you got 4 big luggages you need to carry upstairs. Kettle, cups, spoon and slippers all this essential items need to get by yourself from front desk. First day when we check in, the lady from front desk ( long hair with glasses ) was very helpful to get all these items we needed. But on second morning when we asked for cups again, the lady answered : here is front desk, restaurant is downstairs ! Then when we asked about the details regarding the winter time change, she answered : the details already posted on the wall ......
I cannot rate this hotel is 4 stars ..... 3 stars is maximum. And I will not choose this hotel again when my next stay to Cologne.
