Terrific. The only problem we had was that one of the motion-activated bathroom sink faucets didn't work, which we didn't mind (there was another) - but it was fixed before we even had mentioned it to the front desk. Great experience, we will keep city class hotels on the top of our list for our next trip.

Not worth the price considering size of the room and malfunction of elevator and wifi at several occassions.

An excellent location with good access to all cologne attractions. Would recommend to all travellers. Problem with lifts during our stay but staff most helpful. Nicely outfitted rooms with Windows to the cathedral. Will stay again on return.

The overall experience was good, but we didn't like that we got the smallest room of the floor
