Schönes Hotel in perfekte Lage. Das Standard-Doppelzimmer wurde allein genutzt, zu zweit wäre es etwas eng dort. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen. Sehr netter Service.

Overall, the location and the hotel itself was very good, but the non-reaction about our complaining was very bad.
I don't know if I will book a room next time.

first of all we like to thank you for your decision to stay in our CityClass Hotel Residence am Dom.

Unfortunately you did not feel comfortable in the provided room because of the smell. We want to let you know that we take your complain very seriously. The result of our investigation is that the smell comes from the air conditioner, especially from the filtration system. The smell may remind of marihuana but we assure you that it comes from the filtration what we will definitely change to avoid such unpleasant circumstances in the future. We really like to thank you for your feedback because it helps us to improve our services.

Because of the handling of your complaint from our site, we really want to apologies for the inconvenience. We want that our guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay in our hotel. Due to the situation that our hotel was fully booked at this time there was no opportunity to change the room. Nevertheless we want to let you know that it was not our intention to give you a feeling of ignorance.
