Great location good staff let down somewhat by the room

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your rooms. Having to move due to a drain odor, only to find that the air conditioning in the second room was not working properly, is certainly not the standard of comfort we aim to deliver. We are truly sorry for the discomfort this caused.

Great from start to finish. Helpful and friendly staff. Room great. Fantastic soundproofing! (couldn't hear the bells from the cathedral unless window was open). Great central location
