Wonderful hotel in a great location, good service, very nice room
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback!
We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciated our central location, the cleanliness of your room, and the friendly service from our lobby staff. It’s great to know that you found your room comfortable with a nice view, and that you felt your stay offered good value.
Your kind words mean a lot to us and are a great motivation for the entire team. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great experience in the heart of Cologne’s Old Town!
Warm regards,
Your CityClass Hotel Alter Markt Team
