Hotel in klassischem (kölner) Stil, nicht zu modern und auch nicht altmodisch, Bett extrem konfortabel und Bad bequem und sauber. Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Alles wirklich OK.

was only an over night stay . met expectations, a finishing touch would have been some complimentary toiletry's in the bathroom .

We really enjoyed our stay at City Class Hotel Residence am Dom. The service was excellent and the location is perfect for the Cathedral, River and lively Brauhauser in the old town.
