Ich hatte eigentlich für das Europa Hotel gebucht. Als ich ankam habe ich gemerkt daß ich den Namen übersehen habe aber dieser Fehler war schließlich zu meinen Gunsten. Ich war vom Residenzhotel angenehm überrascht und obwohl ich im Europa immer zufrieden war, werde ich in Zukunft ihr Hotel bevorzugen. Ich hatte dank Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt in Köln.
