We have stayed in Köln with City Class in the past pre Covid & looked forward to our visit.
The location is fantastic, the cleanliness impressive but felt that no breakfast package offer was unfortunate as the tariff for two persons was excessive.
Overall, we enjoyed Koln but left slightly disappointed with offer given previous experiences with City Class.
