We booked this hotel for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful choice. The room was beautifully decorated; the staff clearly put a lot of effort into it and it was truly appreciated. The location of the hotel could not be better. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

Zeer goed, enkel de korting voor de parkeergarage werkte niet waardoor we het volledige bedrag moesten betalen.

Aufgrund der für das nächste Jahr angesetzten nochmaligen Preiserhöhung werden wir uns leider nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen müssen.

Wir wissen es sehr zu schätzen, dass Sie uns seit vielen Jahren die Treue halten, und bedauern umso mehr, dass Sie die Preisentwicklung als belastend empfunden haben. Ihre Rückmeldung hierzu nehmen wir sehr ernst.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Lage unseres Hauses, die Sauberkeit, der Service sowie das Frühstück und unser engagiertes Team so positiv in Erinnerung geblieben sind. Gleichzeitig möchten wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten im Badezimmer entschuldigen. Dass das Bad trotz Renovierung als zu kalt empfunden wurde, entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch. Wir danken Ihnen für den Hinweis bezüglich einer zusätzlichen Heizquelle wie einem Handtuchwärmer – solche Anregungen helfen uns, weitere Verbesserungen zu prüfen.
