One of the worst expereinces we had. When we arrived the room was very hot. We put on the AC and went out to explore the city(this is nothing special and normal standard).
When coming back to the hotel around 23 the guy in the reception where changed (the guy who worked there when we arrived where great). We went up to our room and it was still very hot, it was colder outside(28c). We tried to mixed with the ac but the only thing we got was the sound. After 30min did we call the reception, he answered that he would check and hanged up without saying anything. After 20min did we call back, the same procedure as previous. After another 20min did we call back to the reception, same procedure. After another 25min did we call him again but this time we stopped him from hanging up and explained that even if he could see that it´s working the tempature in the room is showing something else. He then said that he would come and check.
Now enters the man from the reception, he looks at the display of the ac and then put his hand to the ventilation.
I ask him do you feel that it´s not working?
He nods but look back at the display and tell me "The display says its working"
I say "But the dispaly says 19 degrees, it´s not 19 degrees in here"
He then says "The display says it´s working and I have no solution to this". He then backs out of the room and close the door.
Do to the heat in the room we couldn´t sleep for the night and "woke up" destroyed which ruined much of the next coming days of our vaccation.
