CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich würde wieder kommen.

Fijn verblijf in een goed hotel

We would stay again at the hotel, it was perfect!

+ The hotel is well furnished with warm colours. The building is not big which gives a more cosy atmosphere. Covid regulations were carried out well. Very tidy everywhere. Broad choice of breakfast. Centrally situated in a quiet corner of the square. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff.
- Although we could bring drinks from the bar to the room, we had preferred to make our own cup of tea/coffee in the room. Elevator could be a little more spacious.
Overall best of our choice. We would choose same hotel next time we visit Cologne.

We had a very good experience overall. We did have some problems with finding the place by car. Via the open road it wasnt clear were we had to drive to come at the hotel. It could have been discriped better how to arrive at the hotel.
