Mein allgemeiner Eindruck sagt, dass das Hotel echt in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels ist dieses echt nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Hatte das Hotel anders in Erinnerung. Meine Partnerin war völlig geschockt vom Komfort und der Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Und dann noch so einen hohen Betrag zu nehmen ist m.E. eine absolute Frechheit!

Foi uma estadia imposta, pois não foi este o hotel que reservei. O hotel não era nada mau. O aspeto negativo é em relação à limpeza. O chão estava muito sujo e com pó acumulado aos cantos. Nas duas noites quando cheguei ao quarto tinha sempre o aquecimento desligado, o que para o tempo que se fazia sentir lá fora não era agradável.

Perfect location to visite the Christmasmarkets.
Hotel is however a bit outdated, verry clean and the service is verry good.

Vor allem beim Frühstück würde Personal das auch da ist für die Gäste zu empfehlen sein. Jemand der nur Teller abräumt und kaum etwas sagt und kaum eingeht auf was der Gast sagt, ist keine gute Vertretung des Hotels. Die Dame wobei wir den Auscheck gemacht haben, hat das aber genau wieder richtig gemacht. Sehr angenehm und eine gute Vertretung!
