Our 3 nights stay was very good.
We were able to check in before standard time. The reception guy serving us was very friendly and made connection to us after knowing where we are from. A compliment bottle of brut in the room was a nice gesture and touch from the hotel. We love this hotel!

Perfect, your hotel is stunning and special (given it's history) everything was clean and the hotel has a nice relaxing feel which is just what you need after a day sightseeing. The rooms are lovely and the beds are extremely comfortable.

At the same time, we were sorry to learn that your stay did not begin entirely as expected. We understand that the noise level and the technical issues in your initial room influenced your first impression. While we are pleased that an alternative room could be arranged swiftly, we appreciate you bringing these observations to our attention. Please be assured that it is never our intention to allocate a room that falls short of our guests’ expectations. Following your feedback, our Maintenance team has been informed and is reviewing the reported issues.

Aufgrund wenig Zeit im Hotel im Rahmen Dienstreise mit Berücksichtigung Preis akzeptabel. Als private Reise mit Familie würde ich alternativen bevorzugen.

Wir freuen uns, dass unsere zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Bar Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Ihre positiven Kommentare wissen wir sehr zu schätzen und sie sind eine wertvolle Motivation für unser Team.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch den Straßenlärm beeinträchtigt wurde und der Bettkomfort nicht ganz Ihren Wünschen entsprach. Als Hotel in der Innenstadt sind wir zu bestimmten Tages- und Abendzeiten leider mit einem gewissen Maß an Stadtlärm konfrontiert. Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anmerkungen zur Frühstücksatmosphäre und den Wartezeiten an der Bar. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen beides im Großen und Ganzen gefallen hat. Das Frühstück kann zu Stoßzeiten etwas voller sein, während es am frühen Morgen in der Regel deutlich ruhiger zugeht. Daher empfehlen wir diese Zeit oft Gästen, die einen entspannteren Start in den Tag wünschen. Ihre Beobachtungen zu den Wartezeiten an der Bar werden wir dem Team zur Überprüfung weiterleiten.

It was a great place to stay. The pool and the location inside the city... great sightseeing and afterwards swim above the city.
