Vi er glade for at læse, at du nød vores centrale beliggenhed, værelsernes renlighed, wellness-området og hotellets generelle atmosfære. Det er dejligt at vide, at du fandt Budapests hovedattraktioner let tilgængelige til fods, og at du generelt havde et behageligt ophold hos os.

Samtidig tak for dine kommentarer vedrørende wellness-oplevelsen. Vores indendørs pool holdes på en behagelig temperatur på 28-32°C, mens vores udendørs pool er opvarmet til mindst 28°C, med yderligere temperatur afhængigt af vejr og solskinsforhold. Vores finske sauna kører på cirka 80°C, og vi tilbyder også et opvarmet saltrum, som primært er designet til afslapning ved en lavere temperatur på 40°C. Hvis saltrummets temperatur endnu ikke var på sit optimale niveau under dit besøg, kan den være blevet startet kort tid før, muligvis efter din anmodning som den første brug den dag. Vi håber, at dette ikke forårsagede nogen ulemper, og vi sætter pris på din forståelse.

Overall, a good stay - bed was excellent and sleep was good. Sorry but in future we will look at other places to stay.

At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your room did not fully meet your expectations, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are also feel sorry, if the promptly requested services did not fulfil your expectation, which we were happy to assist during your stay.

Regarding the transfer service, please allow us to let you know that the difference between the previously agreed forint-based amount and the price you expected may have occurred due to changes in exchange rate conditions over time. We would also like to kindly add that this specific package option is no longer available for booking on our web site based on the previous mentioned reason. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding this may have caused and will continue to work on communicating such services more clearly in the future, as well as minimizing the impact of currency fluctuations to avoid similar situations.

We are also very pleased that our newly extended sauna was a highlight of your stay. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that the wellness area overall did not fully meet your expectations. Please allow us to kindly note that, as a city hotel, our wellness facilities are designed with relaxation in mind and are intentionally limited in size.
