Lift to garages was very bussy, the other things good. Very expensive parking.

Excellent hotel and restaurant but the suite doesn't have enough noise reduction window so you cannot sleep for the people screaming all the night

We enjoyed our stay even though the hotel is so big and so busy that, sometimes, you feel just like à poor cat lost in the middle of the traffic. I think it would be better if the private events didńt use the hall.

Wellness, was occupied, so it was not possible for me to go for it. Anyway maybe next time.

Very helpful staff, ideal location. Hotel arranged our transport to and from airport efficiently. Would be happy to go back.

We asked for but did not get robes or slippers. We said to the chap behind the desk that this was our first time, he did not show us around or how things worked.

Nice hotel.good price quality ratio.shoud give more advice to customer to visit the best places of Budapest, with a clear map of monument and transport services.
