We enjoyed our visit to Budapest and thought all of your personnel were very helpful and pleasant. The bed was really good. The spacing between bed and "bench" was terrible and quite annoying as was the inconvenient location of electrical plug for the coffee pot. I was fortunate in bringing my own electrical step-down transformer for 240 to 120V and in that I had an extension to fit into the recessed electrical plug - unfortunately the desk had no spares where we could use more than one outlet at a time. Overall, with the annoyances aside, the hotel was good and my toe bruises from bed and bath are subsiding....
