Hotel is in a great location, lots of amenities close by. When checking in the hotel give you a city map and also a sheet with ideas of what you can do. Great added extra. My only complaint is that you don't get spoons in the room. There are tea and coffee among facilities, however no spoon to mix it all together with.

The hotel was excellent. We liked the decor and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The location was less appealing, in a run down area and quite a walk from the main centre and the river.

Nice hotel and good location. However I do believe that we were given a standard room having been promised an upgrade. It isn't important but I don't believe the hotel handled my query very well.

My short stay in the Zara hotel was good, the hotel and the location near the city center of Pest are great.
A lot of stylish bars and restaurants are available all around the hotel.

Short opening hours at fitness. Opened late in morning at 9:00AM and evening till 9:00PM. Small rooms. Just a little space around bed. No comfortable place behind desk to work. Not good for business traveler. Otherwise clean. Was disappointed with late checkout request where they want me charge 40EUR extra. They charge you for everything you ask.

We wanted to go swimming but the pool opened at 9.00.

Poor .tried to make us pay to much for the room .food in the restaurant for vegetarians was none existent said you can eat the rice if you take the meat out and no hot water for 24 hours

siehe Service, bei einem 4 sterne Hotel unserer Meinung nach ein no- go, den bereich Schwimmbad, Sauna und Sportraum
mit kosten von 8€ zu belegen. Sehr kleinlich.
