It was a very nice week at the Zara Hotel; the service was very complet, people were very atencious ; I liked very much and whwn possible, I return to Budapeste and to Zara Hotel.

The service of the lobby and restaurant personel was a bit superficial. The waiters in the restaurant showed quite clearly what they thought of us when we didn't order wine, appetizers and so on. Bit disappointing,also the food compared to the restaurants we tried in the city. Cleaning VERY good and sweet personel!!! Nice pools and area on the roof! Great service with your private taxis!

We had a great time at the hotel. The location was ideal for siteseeing the city and visit the Sziget festival.
Pleasant to have two keys, because me and my dauther didn't have the same scedual.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, clean close to everything in walking distances and with a great spa upstairs also with outdoor pool

This is the second time I have stayed here and the hotel has not failed to impress. The decor is lovely and the rooftop leisure facilites are great (we used those on our first visit but not enough time on our second). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a cool area within walking distance of central Budapest and close to ruin pubs and a good choice of restaurants.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, wenn auch nicht ganz zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück - perfekt
Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut, Badezimmer allerdings sehr klein, so dass man kaum Platz hatte, sich umzudrehen.
Frühstück okay, aber nichts besonderes.

This is our third visit to Budapest and the Hotel Zara in three years and its is always a pleasure to come back. The area is slowly being refurbished as with all of Budapest and we certainly noticed the difference over the three years. The Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in and would recommend it for business or pleasure. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and courteous at all times and I have stayed in lots of hotels in Britain for work and this compares easily with the best. We look forward to coming back next year
