Dear Guest, Firstly thank you very much for your feedback, although you have some criticism about the hotel taxi service as well. As I have informed you directly already, I have also double checked the meeting point of OrageWays, and our driver took your to the correct point. He has also double checked it before he has left you there. The real problem was that the bus has left Budapest an hour earlier. Unfortunately we can’t take the responsibilty for that, and also, that they are moving there meeting point day by day. I have tried to call them, but the number on there homepage doesn’t work. I'm very sorry for that. Regarding tea kettle I would like to inform you, we have upgraded also our standard rooms with it a few days ago. I'm very sorry that we were not able to provide you kettle at your visit. Thank you again for your booking, I hope you will return to us if your travel will bring you back to Budapest.

Mycket bra service av personalen som hjälpte till att boka bord på en mycket trevlig restaurang. Trots att vi hade rummet mot vägen hörde vi inge trafik, mycket bra ljudisolering. Sköna sängar, dock lite höga kuddar.

What a truly lovely hotel and in such a great location in a quiet side street just off a main road with a nearby metro station although a very easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Budapest. Supermarkets, shops, bars and wonderful restaurants very close. If / when I return to this fabulous city I would most certainly stay at the Hotel Continental Zara. The room was great and the staff very attentive, polite and helpful. Particular thank you to the lovely lady who came round with the chocolates and weather cards in the evening, she was so cheerful and friendly. This is a beautiful hotel, with spa and massage facitilites. The rooms are very nice and have great showers. I really cannot fault it. A real delight.

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend. We booked a wellness arrengement (double room, free use of the wellness and fresh fruit in the room) and we enjoyed every single day of our holiday. Really, I can't find anything to complain about it. Budapest is a nice city. The Hotel Zara is very central and offered all what we needed it. I would definately raccomend it to everyone.

en principio es un hotel bien situado pero creo que cobran excesivamente por utilizar las instalaciones, que por otro lado deberian ser gratuitas puesto que es un hotel de 4 estrellas superior y debe tener instalaciones de este tipo. tambien deberian avisar que el spa o la utilizacion de toallas tiene un coste. yo me sentí estafada.
