Der erste Eindruck des Hauses (Empfangsbereich) war sehr gut - unser Zimmer leider sehr klein, das Badezimmer hatte zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Das Personal war hervorragend, höflich und kompetent.

Zara is a very goot hotel with a good service. It is near to the city that can be walked by foot.

A beautiful lobby, and the rooms were of good standard. The view from the swimmingpool on top of the building is great. A very good hotel at a reasonable price!

Accueil au desk par Eszter qui ressemble plus ã une machine automatique sans sentiment,sans sourire,qui expedie le client au plus vite avec une impression qu'on la dérange!!!Pas tres accueillant,ni chaleureux.Heureusement le reste est excellent.
