very good hotel and especially I loved the very good breakfast to give strength before our World Championships competitions.

Good hotel, good room and good situation.
Breakfast bad.
Spa very little and expensive. It must be include in price room.

Zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel, super Frühstück :-)

Dirty cups where not removed from the room for three days.
Dirty linnen with stains where not changed for three days.
To allow smoking in the yard outside of the breakfast restaurant is discusting for people having there room windows in that direction. To wake up convinced someone is smoking in your room makes some of us non-smokers feeling sick.

Прибывание в отеле оставило только самые положительные впечатления. Приветливый персонал, который хоть и не говорит по русски, но всегда старается Вас понять и помочь. Чистые номера, звукоизоляция - отличная. Обильный и вкусный завтрак. Рукой подать до главных достопримечательностей, неспеша можно гулять и любоваться архитектурой. А больше ничего и не надо. Главное в Будапеште - это пешие прогулки, и наслаждение здешней красотой.

We stayed in Prague and Vienna prior to arriving in Budapest. This was the nicest hotel we stayed in. The decor of the place is really outstanding. You would never guess how impressive it is on the inside based on the outside. One of the conciegers was rather rude and arrogant so we just made a point of speaking with the others and had no issues. I would definitely consider staying her again.
