Very nice hotel with great location. Room was smaller than expected regarding to the pictures. Very clean venue, kind staff. Araz restaurant was excellent, have visited both evenings of our stay. Warmly reccommended.

Très bel hôtel; personnel très agréable et efficace. Petit déjeuner continental riche et varié.
Le point très positif est la situation de l'hôtel , certes dans une rue peu engageante, mais tout près des transports et des principaux sites de visite. Le quartier est authentique, la proximité de nombreux restaurants agréable.

I had a very lovely stay at the Zara continental hotel. Service was friendly, breakfast and restaurant menu excellent (menu included gluten- free dishes). Pool area very nice and room clean and cosy. Plus for the quick taxi service after check out but the driver charged me a bit extra. Overall great hotel!

A bed-maker made a cute dog of towel and it made us happy.

I had complaints about my first room and was upgraded to a suite which was very unexpected and very nice. The desk agent and the manager on duty were very kind in giving me the upgrade. The suite I was given was lovely. The mattress was still very hard for my back but additional duvets were put on the bed to make it softer for me. I also had the balcony and was able to sleep with the door open making the room much cooler. I was able to sleep much better in this room. A lovely hotel with professional and courteous staff.
