A bed-maker made a cute dog of towel and it made us happy.

I had complaints about my first room and was upgraded to a suite which was very unexpected and very nice. The desk agent and the manager on duty were very kind in giving me the upgrade. The suite I was given was lovely. The mattress was still very hard for my back but additional duvets were put on the bed to make it softer for me. I also had the balcony and was able to sleep with the door open making the room much cooler. I was able to sleep much better in this room. A lovely hotel with professional and courteous staff.

That was good hotel. Outside of hotel was little bit dirty. But that's really doesn't matter.

People at reception desk never smile or never say hello. The room was what we expected, small but nice; bathroom was ok, towels were extremely consumed. Chambermaids do no clean properly glasses, because one night we had a beer in one of them and next day it was still smelling of beer. Also, they did not replace the coster.
We had a roomservice, really good risotto (almost the best i've ever had) but the napkin they gave us was alredy dirty in the inner side. That's disgusting.
Breakfast was really good with a large variety of food, the lady who welcomed us every day was always smiling but the waiters seemed to be in a bed humor every morning.

Toppen hotell, bra service samt nära till allt. Bra och trevlig personal, baren var mycket bra samt bra priser.
Vi rekommenderar Hotellet till alla Vi känner. TOPPEN
