Very comfortable and a friendly welcome, the concierge were very helpful and the staff polite and helpful. Our room was a little warm at night due to an unusual warm December so it did get stuffy. We especially enjoyed the live pianist in the lobby and the serving of drinks.

We had a very nice time. The lady working at the spa was short and a little rude, the concierge didn't seem to be able to offer us more information than we were reading in pamphlets. Besides that, it was a perfect stay.
