un petit reproche...à l'accueil certains employés sont assez froids et peu aimables et c'est dommage.

Got upgraded to a better room, a pleasant stay. the only thing was you had to pay to use the swimming pool, which as a paying guest already should be included in the price

Great trip to Budapest, made especially so by the excellent Continental Zara Hotel.All the comments on trip adviser are correct , which is why we chose your hotel....great choice!!

I stayed in hotel with my boyfriend, we had wonderful time in Budapest and your hotel!
Hotel is georgeus! Great location, in radius of 20m you can eat Istanbul kebab, great meat in fancy restaurant, buy a botlle of good wine, shampoo in DM :) Stuff was very helpful!!
Only mini problem during our stay in hotel was parking. We choose outdoor parking over the your garage, cause boy who work in hotel told us: parking area around hotel is free during weekends, until Monday 8 o'clock. We came at Friday night, wheather was sunny and no rain so we decided to leave our car in the street, 20 feets from hotel.
But, on Saturday we find parking penalty on our car...
It was on hungarian language, we didn't bother too much, but you should know that for situations in future:)
We didn't pay penalty yet, do you know how long does it take to come in other countries and will they send it?
