Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We got there, the receptionist spoke good English, we even shared a joke or two with her, and was also nice to look at.

We got to our room and were surprised as to how nice the room was for the price we paid. I was particularly impressed with the finer details such as my name being on the phone display screen. Having inquired at reception about a party we heard about at one of the Hungarian Baths, the receptionist rang the room to confirm where it is, what time, and what it was called.

I know everyone says it but the staff really were friendly, even the cleaners! We chatted to barman and barmaids which waiting for out taxi, which brings me onto my next compliment.

The taxi driver we ordered through a private company didn't speak much English so got the times mixed up when picking us up so we asked the concierge and he had one at the hotel within 60 seconds to take us to the airport to ensure we didn't miss the flight home!

He also remembered our name just by our room number which took us by surprise. The hotel was very clean and well presented. The Christmas decorations looked very smart and appropriate. The beds, were comfortable, especially the pillows which is unusual for a hotel.

All in all, extremely happy with the hotel.

Overall very pleased, the hotel was modern and spotlessly clean. Matte on the concierge side was an excellent ambassador for your hotel.. The nicest concierge we have met in all if our travellings.... BUT the ladies who serve in your bar were the entire opposite!....
