Muy bien la estancia y todos los aspectos del hotel. Además muy bien ubicado en calle tranquila pero bien comunicada y cerca de bares con buen ambiente nocturno.

Nice hotel, little crowded, sometimes no free table for breakfast. Dinner during Hungarian Folk Days even not offered(first gave A La Carte to choose) even table booked in front, waiter disorganized. I was missing carpet in the room and even after the upgrade to delux room it was too small.
Parking quite expensive. Good late checkout.

staff were friendly and helpful, hotel decor was very good and rooms were clean but although coffee making facilities available milk was not always replaced, we have travelled extensively in Europe and USA first hotel where an extra charge levied for use of Spa but would still recommend it to friends

Regarding Spa, in some of our contacts with travel agents we don’t have free entrance to our pools to keep the room prices as low as possible. un excellent hôtel, ce trouve dans un part de Boedapest moins touristique, mais pour nous même à pied ce n'est pas ci loin. Personnel très sympathique, quand on demande quelque chose on vous aide immédiatement. Le déjeuner très bien. chambre ok.
