Our stay at the Continental Zara hotel was one of many highlights of a memorable holiday in Budapest. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The staff were helpful and courteous, the service and food excellent and we would heartily recommend it. In fact we already have to all our friends.

Stylish hotel with very good facilities and excellent service.
Located within walking distance of most of what Budapest offers in sightseeing, shopping and dining.

Really nice hotel, very luxurious décor, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, easy to walk or catch public transport to all the sights. Breakfast really nice with wide choice and as others have mentioned the lady welcoming you into breakfast was lovely and fantastic with the kids, made mornings a pleasure. Free WI-FI great for checking out what we wanted to do each day. Lots of nice traditional restaurants nearby. Only slight negative I can mention is that the rooms were quite hot and changing the temp on thermostat didn't seem to make a difference so we ended up opening the window, but couldn't leave it open at night as side of hotel our room was on was next to a street with lots of nightlife so was a bit noisy. We were a family group with 2 babies and a young child and overall we loved the hotel and would happily stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Continental Zara in November 2013. From the initial welcome at reception, to the cheery cleaners, the staff are uniformly attentive. The room was warm and - particularly in a city centre - extraordinarily quiet at night. Nice shower-room. Would happily stay here again.

Bon hôtel, bien situé, jamais bien loin des curiosités touristiques de Budapest, nous avons tout visité à pied. Grand choix sur le menu du restaurant et excellence des mets. Seul bémol, certains membres du personnel du petit déjeuner et de l'accueil gagneraient à être plus aimables avec la clientèle.
