Had a wonderful time while staying at the Hotel. The staff were helpful, location was excellent for local amenities and tourist attractions, and local transport services.The breakfast served daily , was another highly recommended addition to my stay, a really good variety of food on offer. I would highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely be visiting again next year.

Overall an excellent experience and one would repeat should we return to Budapest.
We will certainly recommend the Zara to all our friends and I appreciated the upgrade of room and the fruit as a token on my partners' birthday during the stay.
All the little things were well considered and the cocktails were well priced and encouraged us to celebrate the birthday.
I would also suggest a service for booking Opera tickets at the last minute as our experience of the last minute decision to buy tickets for Othello was brilliant and the Zara should encourage all guests to take this great cultural experience.

Tutto perfetto, colazione compresa.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile;
manca soltanto almeno un dipendente che
capisca e risponda in Italiano.

Gerne wieder. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Super aufmerksames Personal. Beim Frühstück sollte das Personal mehr auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingehen... Sonderwünsche!! sollten selbstverständlich sein und nicht erst nach sehr beherztem nachfragen beim abtragendem fragendem Kellner " alles in Ordnung?" angetragen werden...
