Overall, a good stay - bed was excellent and sleep was good. Sorry but in future we will look at other places to stay.

Your kind remarks regarding our central location, as well as the overall level of service provided by our team, are greatly appreciated. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your room did not fully meet your expectations, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Regarding the transfer service, please allow us to let you know that the difference between the previously agreed forint-based amount and the price you expected may have occurred due to changes in exchange rate conditions over time. We would also like to kindly add that this specific package option is no longer available for booking on our web site based on the previous mentioned reason. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding this may have caused and will continue to work on communicating such services more clearly in the future, as well as minimizing the impact of currency fluctuations to avoid similar situations.
We are also very pleased that our newly extended sauna was a highlight of your stay. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that the wellness area overall did not fully meet your expectations. Please allow us to kindly note that, as a city hotel, our wellness facilities are designed with relaxation in mind and are intentionally limited in size.
