Very good hotel! Very nice rooms, nice atmosphere, nice bar, good breakfast, friendly personnel! Everything is super, only one sidemark: we had to pay € 8,00 pp per night extra for the spa. Receptionist told us this was because of our bookingsite. Bookingsite didn't mention anything about this on their website.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to fill up the Guest Questionnaire regarding to your stay at our hotel. I was happy to read that you have mostly enjoyed your stay with us, and also that you were very satisfied with the staff and with the breakfast.

Regarding to your complaint about wellness, I would like to inform you, in some of our contacts with travel agents we don’t have free entrance to our pools to keep the room prices as low as possible. Please let us know wich site you have booked your room, since your booking came from Gulliver’s, but there is an other travel agent as a retailer.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful location.
I would go back.
Breakfast room can be overcrowded, we had to wait, and after 10 it can feel rushed.
Wine waiter in restaurant misleads you, and you pay for it

Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Doch die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum empfanden wir als verbesserungswürdig.
