We came for my mums birthday, really enjoyed stay at Zara. Staff really helpful and friendly and food was great. Really brilliant little extras like letting us borrow hotel towels to take to thermal spa - thank you very much! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. :-)

really enjoyed our stay and in a very good location,if we had of been there longer we would have used the spa.

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for two days. My experience was marred slightly on the Sunday morning, during breakfast. Being a Sunday morning, the restaurant was over-crowded, so one of the meeting rooms was converted into a meal area. Slightly disappointing, but I understood the necessity to do so. I had to share a table, and felt a little uncomfortable. One of the staff members was a little abrupt as the breakfast table was not fully stocked, and people were asking for items that were available to patrons in the main restaurant. Whilst I understand he was busy, it was not our fault that the restaurant could not cater fully for the amount of guests at the time. After having a few items, I left and purchased breakfast elsewhere outside of the hotel, in a more comfortable and relaxed environment.

This was a shame, because that was my main last impression. Generally though, everyone was very helpful and polite, and could not have tried harder to make my stay more pleasant.

gut gelegenes Stadthotel. Saunen waren extrem runtergewirtschaftet. Keine Ruheräume vorhanden. Fitnessgeräte teilweise nicht in Ordnung.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie mit unserem Wellness überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren. Ich möchte Sie informieren, ich habe selbst nachgeschaut, und alle von unserem Fitnessgeräten sind funkzionieren. Möglicherweise wollten Sie unsere Fitness-bike benützen, es kann wirklich ein bisschen problematisch sein, dass man es zuerst winden muss, dann schaltet es nur ein.

ottimo hotel con SPA godibilissima, a fine giornata dopo una bella camminata niente di meglio che un bel bagno caldo , sauna ed idromassaggio :)

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. One thing that did disappoint was the price of the water in the rooms. Just a walk across the street and you paid 15% of the price of the water, come on guys that is a rip off. After seeing that we didn't even look at the restaurant/breakfast/mini bar prices as we knew what to expect. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
Apart from that, excellent.
