We had a lovely time at Hotel Zara, hotel itself is very well kept, numerous friendly staff around should you need them and location is good. Housekeeping is excellent, we were given an iron and ironing board for entire stay to use with no charge, fresh towels and turn down every day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The service and staff could not be faulted. It was my partners birthday and the staff were wonderful and made it a special occassion. Thank you so much.
The room ( a deluxe) was beautiful and quiet (which we had requested.

We throughly enjoyed the pool/sauna/jacuzzi - we swam outdoors as well which was lovely. We would recommend people save their money and use the Hotel spa and give Gellert & the main Szhezeny spa a miss as both are run down & not overly clean.

We can't thank Ezther enough for looking after us so well.

We went to Xo on the recommendation of one of the staff - but did not find it suited us - it was far to reserved and stuffy - a lively bistro such as the Szerecsen was much more our scene.

Classy and comfortable design; perfect service; fantastic food; I personally like the cool and bohemian location, close to bars and trendy places; not everybody's choice, though.
Suggestions for improvement: the towels seemed quite over-used and grey-ish.

Beautiful hotel in a busy area reception staff were very helpful
Bar staff were a bit slow and on one occasion was rude to one of my party
