We've spent a very nice weekend in Budapest and we were more than satisfied about the hotel.
Very nice rooms, friendly staffmembers and very good breakfast.

It was a very pleasant experience, everything was very well executed. Thank you so much for the gift of fruit for our anniversary, it was very well received. The only issue that was up setting was the concierge over charged us for the hop on hop off blue bus, we were charged 6000 huf each when we could ogf purchased for 4500 huf.This was disappointing as we had had a lovely time.

Firstly thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to fill up the Guest Questionnaire regarding to your stay at our hotel. It has been forwarded to me from the General Manager. We do apprichiate all of your comments, both positive and negative.

Having read your questionnaire, I can imagine your dissapointment and I therefore apologise for the „interlud” you took part. Let me explaine the whole situation: there are three different companies in Budapest for hop-on hop-off tours. Our Concierge sells tickets for all three. One company has a higher price, one has a lower price you have paid. We try to pozition ourself in the middle. All three companies have newsboys at the bus stations, and sometimes they are very violent to have as much business as possible, and they can give you discounts on the spot as well, causing confusion for the tourists and for the hotels. So, I have to vindicate our Concierge, they did there best.
