It is a nice hotel with an excellence service! Especially 1 of the ladies at the desk who helped us to see the romantic side of Budapest!

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla,helppo liikkua. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, Aamupala hyvä ja hotelli siisti. Erinomainen valinta, voisin mennä uudestaan.

It was great but it would be nice if you could use the swimming pool for free and pay for the other wellness facilities.
Otherwise a fantastic experience. Thank you.

generally excellent - the staff were incredibly helpful especially when i asked for a bedside table which seemed to confuse them, but they got me one anyway!

This is a design hotel and the lobby area is impressive. However in the rest of the hotel the dominant colours are black, dark brown and light brown. I found it to be a little depressing.

As above food was good but it was chaotic. Had to find our own table, not all tables were cleared in time.
