Staff very pleasant and helpful. bar staff not so pleasant. Never went into pool as you had to pay 8 euros,which i think is ridiculous and had never had this in all my travel experience. I would like to come back,but the pool charge puts me of.It was my birthday and the hotel put chocolates & fruit in my room which was very thoughtful and kind.

Relaxing. Could have done with tea&coffee in the rooms. also didn't understand why there was a charge to use the roof top pool.

It has been a long time since I visited Budapest. I see a lot of changes due to the European Community. The oveall cost went up. But the people remain very nice. And oh, Budapest is a very lovely city. The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the center.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia sorella solo 3 giorni ma ci siamo trovate benissimo. Ambiente accogliente, famigliare e tutto il personale dai receptionist agli addetti alle camere gentilissimi e premurosissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Siamo state veramente bene, grazie !

I have not been to Budapest for 7 years and I was most impressed the changes in the city and the stay at this hotel made it even better the staff was warm and welcoming the place was clean and very good value for money .
well worth a long weekend
