an amazing experience with this hotel from start to finish. prior to leaving the US, the hotel concierge helped sort out transportation to/from the airport so we didn't have to worry about sussing out a taxi. upon arrival, staff was extremely friendly and wonderfully helpful. would stay again without any hesitation.

Die gute Lage und das Frühstück bleiben und positiv in Erinnerung. Leider hat der Rest sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Unsere Reklamation wurde abgeschmettert und man hat sich nicht im geringsten um eine Lösung bemüht. Wir sollten 24,- Euro pro Tage für den Pool zahlen und das Geld über Thomas Cook einfordern. Der Concierge wies uns daraufhin, dass wir besser direkt über das Hotel und nicht über einen Reiseveranstalter hätten buchen sollen.
Die Budapest Card wurde uns auch nach verwunderter Nachfrage für unseren 11 jährigen Sohn als Student verkauft, obwohl im Internet steht, dass Kinder bis 14 Jahre über die zahlenden Eltern frei sind. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Recently visited with my adult daughter. We had an amazing time. the hotel was very good. Our room, although not over large, was well equipped and for once the lighting was excellent. Breakfast was very good although the dining room was a bit crowded. Front desk staff very helpful. Hotel location is on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of sites and restaurants.

Really nice hotel, room was smaller then expected but good looking, fridge wasn't cold which was too bad since we had bought some food to put in the fridge before we knew we couldn't keep it cold enough

Very good en clean hotel! The hotel staff was friendly. One night there was a lot of noise outside the hotel - something due to the neighbourhood I guess, but despite that we had a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much, excellent hotel in a good location. very good staff. shame we didn't have more time in Budapest.to enjoy more of the city and our lovely hotel spa.

I have to say that the Hotell and the restaurant+ the Bar was absolutly one of the best places i have ever been to,and i have been all over the world.
For me its a pity that u havent got 5+++++ because thats what u are getting from me!!

The hotel was in a very good central location; close to transit, within walking distance of many prime tourist sightseeing areas.

The room faced an inner courtyard; noise came only from the restaurant area, and usually only during the morning if the window was open.

I appreciated the comfortable chair in the room, and the firm and comfortable mattress.

I would stay at this hotel again.
