Sostanzialmente buono ma data la categoria "superior" si dovrebbero migliorare certi particolari. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che al ceckin sia stata chiesta un'autorizzazione a MasterCard superiore del 20% rispetto al conto previsto. La mancanza di fiducia è diventata reciproca

innanzitutto la ringrazio per aver scelto il nostro Hotel per il suo soggiorno a Budapest.

Leggo con molto rammarico la sua opinione sul Continental Hotel Budapest **** Superior.

Desidero informarla che, come in molti Hotel di quattro o cinque stelle, per motivi di sicurezza viene chiesta una garanzia di carta di credito o contanti.

Questa garanzia é del circa il 20% superiore alla somma totale prevista, in quanto calcoliamo anche i possibili costi addizionali, come il minibar, massaggi, o consumazione al minibar. La somma addizionale, se non vengono usati i servizi mensionati, viene automaticamente stornata.

Inoltre per quanto riguarda la federa sporca, i tessili vengono cambiati se si posiziona la segnaletica appropriata sul letto.

Spero che nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti abbia avuto un piacevole soggiorno nell’Hotel ed a Budapest.

We had a lovely stay, location is allright, 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre. Friendly staff!

Alles in allem super Hotel, leider nur 1 Nacht dort verbracht, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

It was an excellent overnight stay. I intend to come back for a long weekend, is the perfect place to relax.
