I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, we were upgraded to a suite and the staff was wonderful! Loved the rooftop pool! One thing I was missing was the full-length mirrors .. Otherwise, the best and most beautiful hotel in Budapest!

Perhaps the best hotel I have ever stayed in Staff at desk and those looking after the room were so professional I was very impressed with Budapest as a holiday destination and I think the tourist department should advertise the city as a holiday destination more. Excellent value and I will be back

I had a lovely stay here with my two daughters. Perfect hotel for all things local. Room was great, quiet and we all slept well. The management of the hotel is very good and responsive and the front desk and reception hall staff are very good for attending all your needs. Service on the whole was very good. The only negative thing was the maid service - generally very good, but could do with a little more attention to the lack of coffee sachets etc... but they were also quick to help! and very friendly/polite. I would come back as I love Budapest and the hotel was also great for my children of 14 and 9. we loved the pools and spa. A pleasure to stay here...
