the staff are very competent and helpful.
nice ambience on a historic spot..
and a view on the roof is estonishing..

Très belle hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre ville à 5min du quartiers le plus animés avec tout les restos et à 3min du métro !
Le personnel est très attentionnée et très efficace. Malheureusement tous parlent seulement l'anglais et pour un hôtel de cette catégorie la il devrait y avoir des gens qui parlent français,allemand, espagnol...
Juste une remarque qui ma beaucoup choquée : LA PISCINE EST PAYANTE 8€/J et par personne !!!!!
Ceci est inadmissible, ça devrait être compris dans la prix de la chambre !
Mis à part ça, cet hôtel reste très agréable.

Yes,
But lobby was limited.
Bar area had constant loud music , so no place to relax in evenings apart from room!

It was a great experience staying in Budapest in one of the best spots of the city with a fantastic view.
