The consuming rate in Budapest is similar as that in Poland. But we spend the same money to have a much pleasant experience in Poland. People in the reception desk are not very nice. And there is no water boiling equipment in the room or tea bags. The room cleansing knocked us up as early as 9am. But the fitness center is great and the hotels location is also good for travelers.

Regarding your complain about water boiling equipment I would like to inform you Mr. Wanli, only in our standard rooms we don’t have this equipment, but on request we can put there as well.

About Housekeeping, they start cleaning the rooms at 9 AM if they don’t find a „do not disturb” sign outside.

Really good base for a sight seeing holiday. Very helpful staff, very comfortable hotel. Just a bit too expensive for food and drink. Great place for the F1 as well.

Very good place to stay. We did have to ask for a chair to use at the desk. That was a bit odd. A more secure place for luggage if you arrive early. The main entrance is not a secure room as we find in other hotels.

I would like to inform you, although we don’t have a closed luggage room, we sucure all the luggages. One of our security guard is allways there, and we have also CCTV camera control for waching the area.

We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. Without exception all of the staff were incredibly helpful. Ezster on reception was really lovely from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. We would like tp return for Christmas Markets and experience Budapest in winter. Thank you to all of the zara team

We in general were impressed with the staff and how well everything was kept clean. We also loved the spa and even had a few treatments there. That also were excellent. The breakfast buffet was worth the money. If there is one down side on our whole stay is it perhaps the rather loud airconditioning. Perhaps worth to fix this because some people might consider this such a nuisance and will not leave as happy guests. But other then that we will always remember our stay as a very nice one!
