It was a really great hotel with excellent service, cleaning, breakfast and wellnes area. the only thing we would like was a balkony. If I go to Budapest again I will stay at this hotel.

Rooms a bit on the small side and no tea/coffee in room. Restaurant on the pricey side but close to other, cheaper, options. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Spa was never open when we wanted to use it.. Staff courtesy was inconsistent.. However it is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the location
